    To the management of Crown Legacy Hotel Baguio… Good evening!

    We want to be honest with you so that you can correct your staff in handling your guests as he gave a bad image to your hotel.

    We are one of your guests last May 19 to 20, 2018 that in the afternoon of May 19, 2018 we requested in the reception counter four tourist vans for our tour in the following morning, May 20, 2018. At around 8:31pm, we received a call from the reception counter using your cell phone no. 09177268022 asking us a down payment for the four tourist vans so then our authorized representative went down to the reception counter that your staff Mr. Edmund Lagmay who entertained and prepared the Acknowledgement Receipt for our down payment and it was John Chu who signed the Acknowledgement Receipt with our agreement that we will be fetched at the hotel lobby by 8:00am in the following morning. We had a full trust to your staff Edmund Lagmay as he is representing your hotel.

    But we are so disappointed because there was no available van came on the agreed time. So, we were asking from your staff in the reception counter… they only answered us parating na ang apat na vans na traffic lang talaga sila until 10am wala parin… at that moment, we insisted kasi paano na ang binayad namin na P9,000.00 and na feel namin na parang niloko na kami sa tauhan ninyo na si Edmund Lagmay kasi ang sabi nang ibang staff ninyo na hindi connected si John Chu sa hotel ninyo at wala naman si Edmund Lagmay nang time na yon na gusto naming singilin sa binayad namin. So hindi namin naiwasan na nagalit kami gusto namin makipag-usap sa may-ari nang hotel buti nalang yong supervisor on duty ninyo nagtawag nang ibang van pero late na dumating at dalawa lang kulang nang dalawang van so kami na ang naghanap nang dalawang van. Super hirap ang na experience namin, worried at stressful kami. We are so disappointed with your staff, Edmund Lagmay kasi nasira ang plano namin on that morning kasi mga passed 11:00am na kami nakapagtour pero ang bayad namin is 4,500.00 for one van plus 200.00 for driver’s tip at gumasto pa kami nang lunch nila… hindi kami nakapunta sa lahat namin gusto puntahan. Hindi kami nag.expect na mangyari yon sa amin kasi prestigious ang hotel ninyo pero may staff parin na may bad intention sa mga guest? Tama ba kami? Bakit ganyan si Edmund Lagmay parang mayroon siyang personal interest makapera na magbigay abala o purhisyo sa mga guest ninyo?

    In this line, please call the attention of Edmund Lagmay and give him the appropriate disciplinary action in line with your hotel house rules to prevent from doing it again because he is a bad image to your hotel. Sorry for telling you this without reservation.
